Room for rent in Hucknall

I'm renting out the spare bedroom in my home in Hucknall starting January 2027.

The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbours, and a stones throw away from the shops and public transport links into Nottingham city centre.

2 bathrooms, 1 shower.

The living room/diner is a comfortable size with a nice table to eat at and sofa to lounge on. I've got Sky's full fibre 500 broadband package and reliably get well over 700mbps through ethernet, even during peak times.

The room itself is south facing, has fitted blinds, is carpeted, and comes with 2 wardrobes/cupboards built into the structure. The blue wall will be painted and the large standing storage unit will be dismantled and removed before Christmas. There's enough space for a double bed and a desk.

I'm looking for a non smoking, non/infrequent drinking room mate whom ideally shares similar hobbies to me (movies, video/tabletop games etc.). LGBTQ+ friendly!
