We have 1 LARGE double ensuite room (bedroom 5) becoming available, in this high spec, recently refurbished professional house share in Hucknall, Nottingham.

🚗 Location and Transport: The house is located in Hucknall and VERY CLOSE to the tram stop and train station which is only a SHORT 5 MINUTES WALK AWAY. Easy access to Sherwood Business Park and the M1. Also conveniently located a few minutes walk away is the bus stops that go DIRECTLY to NOTTINGHAM and MANSFIELD. Hucknall has lots of shops and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Quiet and pleasant surroundings, close to lots of green spaces, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is even a COSTA for all you coffee lovers!

🏡The House and Room:
The House has a communal kitchen and dining area with flatscreen TV, and contains all mod cons including 2 fridge freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a private rear garden. Also included is the FASTEST Wi-Fi there is!

The rooms are all great sized, double ensuite rooms and come FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers and a free-view tv point. We also include soft furnishings such as a bedside lamp, curtains/blinds & mirror.

📆 Rate:
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wi-fi). There is also a Cleaner that will clean all the communal areas once every 2 weeks!

You can either use a guarantor to keep your move in costs down OR pay a deposit which would be returned to you at the end of the tenancy.

Please note we do charge a £40 holding fee alongside any application - this fee reserves the room whilst the necessary background checks are undertaken and references are obtained. This fee is refundable (either deducted from first months rent or fully refunded) except in some circumstances (ie. the tenant withdraws or false information is provided within the application).
