Hi, we are a proffesional couple who both work at Nottinghamshire hospitals. We live in hucknall on a popular estate near to open walking footpaths. The house is of a new build style, split over three floor. There is offsteet/onstreet parking and a garage. The garden is to the rear of the house and is landscaped for easy maintainence/use.

We are looking to rent the master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with wardrobe space, bed, an desk.

The main living room is on the middle floor (welcome to use if we are away, movie nights etc) and there is also a secondary living space on the ground floor you are welcome to utilise alongside the kitchen.

We are an easy 10minutes walk from hucknall tram stop and train station with links across nottingham for work or travel. The motorway is around 20minutes drive.

We enjoy fitness an there are two gyms within 5minutes drive and or local shops for places to eat and or socialise. Alongside a local cinema.

We are clean tidy and considerate of others. We have two labrador dogs living in the home. The room would suit someone who likes dogs, some socialisation but also there own activities and space.
