There is one room left of two newly furnished double bedrooms available for long or short term leases. In this property, there is an off road parking, a large kitchen, living room, garden and home gym. For those renting, there will be shared use the main bathroom and a shower room. My partner and I will only use the en-suite in our bedroom.

We are a professional couple looking for tenants who are working professionals, or post graduate students looking for a house share. We are flexible and can arrange Mon-Friday lets or room lets for visiting lecturers etc.

It is based in Keyworth. There is a high street with local shops, restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. An ideal location for post graduate students or professionals as Nottingham city centre, Loughborough, and QMC Hospital are all a 25 minute drive from the house. There is also a bus that takes you directly to Nottingham city centre via the train station which comes every 15 minutes.
