The house has a fully fitted modern bathroom upstairs and a separate downstairs toilet and sink, as well as a large dining kitchen, cosy living room and a sheltered garden. There is off-road parking on the private driveway.
The bus into Nottingham stops just outside the estate, which is about a 2-minute walk, and buses run every 10-15 minutes into West Bridgford and the city. Keyworth has all the amenities of a large village within walking distance.
I am a professional female and I am looking for someone like-minded to share my home with myself and my loving cat, Dexter.
There will just be the two of us living here, so I would like to find someone who will be comfortable and happy here, and feel like it is their home too.
