We are a supported housing provider with move on accommodation suitable for adults over 25 on benefits, that are ready for move on from supported housing, wanting to go into employment or unable to go into employment . You must have no support needs identified . Properties are high quality and mostly en-suites payable by UC housing element directly, you only need to pay a weekly top up service charge towards utilities of £30. Your local connection council may be able help with deposit and first month rent/deposit if you qualify as being homeless experienced and they have a statutory duty.
