Single room, bills included, mirror can be added

The room is a single room with a comfortable bed, a hanging space and chest of drawers. The blind can be removed and replaced with your choice.
I have bedding if you would like to use them. Your room is yours to use. There are no locks on the doors privacy is expected.

A washing machine, an air fryer and a microwave oven and dishwasher and your cupboard. There is a spacious bathroom with a separate shower, toilet and a downstairs toilet.

I have a cat who goes outside and uses her litter tray. I have one other tenant who works away in the week.

I work from home full time in the community as a health professional.
There is street parking.

I can provide space for you to work from home please tell me what you need when you come.

We are fairly quiet and like to spend time together and an occasional meal and a film, if you are a party goer this may not be for you.
