We have a large 3-bedroom house with 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s a 10-minute drive from the city centre and a 10-minute walk to the Queen’s Medical Centre, Derby Road, Lenton. One of the upstairs bedrooms is already occupied by a lady who works long hours and gets up early in the morning. There is also an elderly lady living downstairs. Therefore, we have one double room upstairs that will be available.
The female tenant occupying the other upstairs bedroom appreciates and maintains the quiet atmosphere of the house. We are renting out the double room to help cover the elderly lady’s healthcare costs.
About the double room (upstairs)
The upstairs area, including the bathroom and toilet, will be shared between you and the lady in the other upstairs bedroom.
The double room comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a computer desk. The bathroom has a walk-in electric shower.
We are ONLY renting the room to a female. The accommodation is ideal for someone who appreciates a quiet household due to the elderly lady downstairs. For this reason, no sleepovers or loud music are permitted in the house.
