The room has a double bed, wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers, a desk and desk chair.
The room is on the second floor of the house, overlooking a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac.
There is a toilet and separate shower room on both the first and second floors.
There is shared use of a large kitchen diner, fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers.
Seating for 8 in the kitchen.
The lounge has sofas and a large TV for all to use.
There is use of a vacuum cleaner as well.
All the current residents are second year students at the University of Nottingham.
The rent is per week. Bills are included with this total, but done on a payment plan with a student company. This can be sorted out with the landlord.
Rent is paid until 14th October.
There is a transfer fee of £95 to have the contract changed to the new tenant.
