The house is in a great location, just five minutes away from lakeside arts and QMC, with a costcutter, post office and bus stop just next door. Great travel links with tram and bus routes for NTU students willing to commute as well. House is cozy and well insulated, and has a newly refurbished, very spacious kitchen. Looking for a tenant to fill the front loft bedroom. Current tenants (1 male, 1 female) are very clean, tidy and are quiet at night. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly household, so please let us know if/how we can accommodate you. As students, we are exempt from paying council tax on this property. Currently a pet-free house, so If you have questions about pets please get in touch as we can try to ask the landlord where he stands on allowing them. Large outdoor patio space is shared with house to our left who are also students. We like to keep communal areas as clean as possible, so would appreciate if you are willing to do the same.
