Looking for someone quiet, sensible and comfortable around dogs, without any pets of their own. Although we are not a student house we will consider mature or international students. Not an HMO.

Married young couple with three dogs and other small animals. We have a furnished double spare room available with its own bathroom - not ensuite but lodger will have sole use. Shared kitchen and living room.

Short term lets considered for £145 per week - after that it's £500 per calendar month, all bills included.

20 minute walk to Queens Medical Centre, 20 minutes in the other direction to town. Lots of bus links, street parking available by ordering a permit.

There is also a second room becoming available later in the year, but photos will be available closer to the time so please enquire.

We both work flexible/night time hours at a pub. Happy to share lots more details if you can tell us something about yourself.
