Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible. It has a lovely leafy view from the window and a desk right by it, so it’s a nice spot to study or work. The bed frame, mattress and desk are included, and all personal belongings will be cleared out before you move in.

Heating and bills are included, with hot water and fast, reliable WiFi. You’ll be sharing with six really friendly guys. The kitchen and living room are communal and there are two shared bathrooms, so it suits someone who’s happy living with housemates. There’s also an outdoor patio where you can smoke.
