We are looking for a new tenant to move into this lovely house.
The room is available now for single occupancy

The room is on the 1st floor and is a very large room which spans the width of the house. It has built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a desk and is a very comfortable room. It has recently been decorated in a neutral colour scheme.

The house is a short commute to Nottingham and Derby. Buses are a few minutes walk away including the Skylink to East Midlands airport too. It's also very close to the local high street and the large Tesco, Asda and Aldi. There is plenty of free parking just outside.

The lounge/diner is warm and inviting. It has comfortable armchairs as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you will need: plates, pots, cutlery, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, etc.

There are two walk-in shower rooms, so you would only ever share with one other person.

Your housemates are all professionals, working in a range of roles including working in retail, distribution and caring

Your rent includes:
fully furnished room, all bills: Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Fast Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband and a regular cleaner.

There are no moving in fees.
The only extra is a refundable deposit which will be put in a government scheme.
