Welcome to this lovely house share, which is decorated in a homely style for you to enjoy life and relax in a warm and friendly environment.
We have a room becoming available on 1st May. The current tenant is moving to another area and we are looking for a new tenant to move into this lovely house.
The room is available for single occupancy for a minimum of 6 months.
The room is on the 1st floor.
It is a very large room and spans the width of the house. It has built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a desk and is a very comfortable room. It has recently been decorated in a neutral colour scheme.
The house is a short commute to Nottingham and Derby. Buses are a few minutes walk away including the Skylink to East Midlands airport too. It's also very close to the local high street and the large Tesco, Asda and Aldi. There is plenty of free parking just outside.
The lounge is warm and inviting. It has a flat screen TV and comfortable chairs. The kitchen has everything you will need: plates, pots, cutlery, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, etc.
There are two walk-in shower rooms, so you would only ever share with one other person.
Your housemates are all professionals, working in a range of roles including working in retail, distribution and caring
Your rent includes:
fully furnished room, all bills: Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, TV, Fast Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband and a weekly cleaner.
There are no moving in fees.
The only extra besides the rent is a refundable deposit which will be put in a government scheme.
Landlords, Pam and Tania, are friendly and approachable. We don't use an agent so you communicate directly with us. We are National Residential Landlord Association accredited too.
