We have one spacious room available in this lovely 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom shared house.

The room is at the back of the house with lovely views of the garden. It has a bathroom right next to it which is shared with just one other room.

All rooms are fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, and plenty of storage.

Monthly rent includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax and unlimited fibre extra broadband), so there is nothing extra to pay. A cleaner is employed to clean the communal areas regularly.

The house has a well equipped kitchen with new appliances – American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.

The contemporary industrial look compliments this Victorian semi giving it a fresh lease of life.
The living room is comfortable and homely.

The house is in Cranmer Street, a quiet street, a 5 min walk to the town centre, bus stops and ASDA.

Current housemates are very friendly and work locally including in warehousing, soft furnishings and the care industry.

All HMO safety regulations are adhered to.
Each bedroom is for 1 person for a minimum of 6 months. Regrettably no children are allowed to sleep over.

The house is managed by experienced landlords who are easily contactable and proactive.
