All rooms are fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, so plenty of storage available.

The house has a well equipped kitchen with new appliances – American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.
The contemporary industrial look compliments this Victorian semi giving it a fresh lease of life.
The living room is comfortable and homely.

The house is centrally situated in a quiet street - a 5 min walk to the town centre, bus stops, ASDA, Tesco, Aldi, coffee shops and restaurants.
West Park, the canal and the leisure centre are very local too.

All HMO safety regulations are adhered to, including interlinked smoke alarms, sensor lighting in passages, annual gas safety checks, EICR etc. Each bedroom is for 1 person for a minimum of 6 months. Regretfully no children are allowed to sleep over.

The rent includes all bills (including unlimited fibre extra broadband and council tax). We also employ a cleaner for the communal areas.
