I have a clean/tidy small single room available for a lodger
A responsible professional or a responsible university student preferred, male or female

The room has a bed, mattress (new one will be provided), bedding if required or can provide your own, wardrobe and chest of draws

The property is situated close to train/bus links to Nottingham and Derby

There are 3 major supermarkets near by also a leisure centre with swimming pool and gymnasium and park

Prefer a quiet person who also likes there own space and who is clean/tidy and respectful of my property

There is access to the shared front room, kitchen, as well as access to the garden & garden furniture if you feel like just chilling outside
Also access to a shared bathroom with shower

WIFI throughout the property

Smoking is allowed but only outside as I don’t smoke inside myself

The room is available as a single occupancy only and I would require payment a month in advance
