We have a double en-suite room available and are looking for a new lovely tenant.

The room is on the ground floor, overlooking the garden.

The house is peaceful, yet very central to everything in Long Eaton. It was refurbished earlier last and has its own en-suite, with a bath and shower.

The house is well situated,
a 5 minute walk to Tesco, Aldi, McDonald’s, KFC, Costa Coffee, petrol and bus stops.
A 6 minute walk to Asda, Wickes, doctor, pubs and the theatre.
An 8 minute walk to West Park, Parkrun, canal path, bus routes to Nottingham and East Midlands Airport, etc.

The house is well run and friendly with accessible live-out landlords. All HMO safety features have been adhered to.

The other housemates are professionals working in IT, finance and care.
