Double room to rent in Long Eaton

Quiet and cosy home to be shared with myself and my cat Pepper. A bit about me, I just moved here in September to begin studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Nottingham, I love a movie day, anything crafty, eating out, pretty drives, a lil pub garden and a lil boogie from time to time. I am mostly at uni during the week in the day but I’d love to have someone move in to chill and have fun with. My boyfriend lives in Manchester so occasionally will be away for weekends where you will have house to yourself.

The house is a 2 bed terrace that backs onto the canal, as I just moved in its still a bit of WIP but I have been working on making the house as cute and cosy as possible. Big Tesco, big Asda, Aldi and Lidl are all a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. About a 15 minute drive from University of Nottingham main campus and there’s buses that can get you there also. Super close to Long Eaton town centre, West Park, several local pubs and other amenities.

Double bedroom available. Unfurnished apart from a double bed and mattress - both came from family spare room so barely used. Shared living room, garden, on street parking, super close to all the main supermarkets and walking distance from West Park.
