You will have access to a shared bathroom (shower only, no bath – sorry!), living room, kitchen and garden. The house is on a quiet street with excellent bus links and a 5 min drive to Long Eaton train station, supermarkets and the M1. Very convenient for professionals and students for Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Loughborough.
I mostly work from home, and I have a lab/retriever who is very well-behaved but her tail has a mind of it’s own. Unfortunately no other pets allowed.
I am happy to consider term time only, short rents or longer rents and 5 days a week, as well as full time. No smoking.
