Double room: spacious with built-in wardrobe, king sized bed, and a bedside table.

Single room: garden view with single bed, clothing rack and a bedside table.

Bills: included, covering council tax, utilities (gas, electricity, water), and Wifi.

**HOUSEMATES:

Live-in landlord: female, professional and respectful, around but not intrusive

One other lodger: female, quiet office worker in her 20s

We’re both considerate, tidy and value our peace.
