I currently have a fully furnished double bedroom available., in my four-bed house. There is a double bed, wardrobe, 5 sets of drawers with a bedside cabinet. There is also a TV with SKY (including Netflix/Prime/Disney) in the bedroom. (The TV stand has a further 6 drawers.) The perspective lodger will share the bathroom with myself and another lodger. There is also a dining room with a table and four chairs, which looks out on to the garden, accessible by all.

I am a 54-year-old male and own the property, I work a four-on-four off shift pattern. I already have two male lodgers, who are professionals, and work full time. I have two cats, Tilley and Sammy. It's a relaxed and friendly household, we are tidy and respectful to each other, which is our primary ask when lodging at my home.

The property is semi-detached with a large south facing garden. Gas central heating and UPVC double glazing.

There is a drive, enough for four cars.

Situated within a mile of Mansfield Town Centre, the property is on a Close so it is quiet with very little traffic.
Includes Gas, Electricity, Water, SKY TV in the bedroom, Sky Fiber, TV License, Council Tax and Buildings Insurance. I also have a cleaner once a week.
