The annex is located within the same residential property as the owner’s main home. There is shared external side access to the property, while the annex itself is private and self-contained.

The annex is located on the same property as the owner’s home, so a respectful and considerate approach to the surrounding residential property is expected.

Please note: any extension beyond the original booking is subject to availability and prior agreement; there is no automatic right to extend the stay.
