I am offering a double room to rent in my cozy 3 bedroom house, that is always commented for how it makes people feel immediately at home!

Living situation:
Although I’m listed as a live-in landlord, I’m mostly based in Paris and only return for 1-2 weeks per year, usually at Christmas. This means you’ll be sharing with just one other person in this 3 story house almost all the time. The house will feel spacious and calm for you

All bills included, Council Tax, Electric, Water, Gas, Internet

The internet is very fast, Fibre 500, Tv is 42" and high quality 4k (Samsung)

Kitchen has a dishwasher

The living room/dining room is open plan, which naturally encourages a warm and friendly atmosphere.

2 minute walk to Sainsbury's, 5 minute walk to Aldi, 10 minute walk to Mapperley Top (lots of nice cafes, restaurants and bars), 10 minute bus to city centre/30 minute walk.
Cute Neighbourhood, lots of cats come into the garden!

This would suit someone new to the city and wants a calm/friendly place to live or somebody who wants a chilled place to live to concentrate on studies or work.

I used to run a household as a live-in-landlord for many years with great memories. Now though, I have semi-moved to Paris for work, so opening up my house again to people who want to live in a nice, calm house with great energy.

One housemate already moved in: Gabe who travels around europe making youtube videos of a house renovation he is doing close by. He's very friendly and easy-going.
I'm likely to be around Christmas period and potentially few days/week here and there, but the house will basically be yours
