The room is in a lovely quiet suburb off Porchester Road, between Mapperley and Carlton on an easy to reach bus route to town . Close to city.

We are on a bus route with local supermarket and ample shops incl.. Tesco, lidl, aldi, Iceland hair and barber salons, bars restaurants coffee shops near by.

Suited ONLY to a working professional or students who need a peaceful environment. Right to rent only.
The room is in a residential home . We have our own lives and are looking for a person who has their own life. We just rent out the spare room and are not looking for a room mate to socialise with. However, we are chatty and friendly, and helpful.

This is a non party house, and we are respectful 🙏 to each other and are quite at sleep times.

Privacy is our best asset, and we respect each other. We share chores of the house as needed periodically.
