Double room in a flat

I am renting a flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for a new flatmate.
The room available has ensuite bathroom. The flat is located in a nice area. There's parking available right next to the building.

The rent for the ensuite room is £ 550 but this doesn't include any bills (council tax, water, Internet, heating) which we split by 2. During colder months we spend around £250-£300 each on all bills, less during warm months.

I work at NHS as Occupational Therapist. Mon -Fri and sometimes Saturdays. I don't do any parties at home. Like going to dance lessons, gym, hike etc.
