Quiet owner-occupied home in Mapperley Park-Garden

I'm offering two furnished double rooms in my comfortable home in Mapperley for around six to seven months.

The house would suit postgraduates, university lecturers, NHS staff, researchers or other working professionals looking for a peaceful place to come home to after work or study.

Although this is a live-in landlord arrangement, I only stay at the house around 2–3 nights each week. I work away for much of the week and, when I'm in Nottingham, I'm usually working long hours in NHS. This means the house is often quiet and you'll generally enjoy plenty of space and privacy.

-THE HOUSE-

The house is a 3 bed, 1 full bath upstairs and 1 WC downstairs with large garden and patio area and spacious shared living and dining room. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Bedroom 1 includes:
King size bed with drawers, large Ikea PAX wardrobe(double section with hanging space and x2 full height shelving sections), chest of drawers, standing-seating desk and desk chair, low bench with storage.

Bedroom 2 includes:
Double bed, bedside table, small armoire, Cloth rack, and large chest of drawers.

All bills are included (Council Tax, gas, electricity, water and internet)

Quiet residential street. Permit holder parking only. I normally have my car on the drive but if you need parking we could discuss options.

The house is ideally located for both work and leisure.

- 6-minute drive to Nottingham Trent University City Campus and Nottingham city centre
- Around 9 minutes by bike or 35–40 minutes on foot to the city centre
- 8-minute drive to Nottingham City Hospital
- Bus stop just around the corner with regular services into the city
- Walking distance to Mapperley Top with its cafés, restaurants, pubs and local shops
- Close to Coppice Park and Woodthorpe Park, ideal for running, walking or relaxing outdoors

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate, and who will enjoy living in a well-looked-after, peaceful home.

Available for approximately 6–7 months. Bills included. References required.
