On street parking on quiet road. Plenty of room to use as social space, or to be quiet.
All bills included inc council tax band B.

1st room.
Sunny south-west facing warm room with sink and large built in wardrobes. Can come unfurnished

2nd room.
Cosy wooden floor room with plenty of storage. can come unfurnished.

About me, the house and housemate/s:
I am a baker so often start early in the morning so we have to be wary of noise. I can be quite social, but equally happy in my own space relaxing- so I don't really mind if my housemates are social, or not, really. The same with sharing meals and cooking, I am happy with either! I do value good communication though. I enjoy travelling and expect to be away for a few months over winter. LGBTQ+ friendly. Happy in the pub or watching TV, cooking food, reading, hiking.

It would be great to meet for a coffee and have a chat first before seeing the rooms and I would like a brief vetting process- for example a reference.
