Two bedroom mid-terrace house with one bedroom and en-suite to rent. Looking for professional person to share with.

Bedroom comes with new mattress and bedframe, wardrobe and lamp, can probably get you a table as well if you would like one.

Fully furnished, with dining room, living room, kitchen comes with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, etc. so no need to worry about utensils, pots pans etc. Gas Central Heating and an additional electric fire in the lounge.
Garden has patio and decking due for refurbishment in summer.

Internet, and TV (sky/netflix) included.
Street parking but space isn't an issue.
Quiet road and nice neighbors.
LIDL across the road and a 5-10 minuet walk to co-op and Morrisons.
Walking distance to multiple bus stops and train station (Carlton or Netherfield).
20 public transport to Nottingham city center.

I am 22 Female, unemployed due to medical reasons, I love cooking and pretty sociable but do like my personal space. LGBTQ+ friendly, may be a cat moving in at some point. I will do the cleaning in the communal areas. You have access to a hoover if you need one.

Don't mind men and couples but would prefer another female house mate, but all depends on interview.
