Please read full description. This is a very unusual rental and will only appeal to some. I am a live in Landlord and have the largest one bedroom flat that is extraordinarily stunning. I have discovered I do not like living on my own as I used to run a lodging house, prior to moving here and love sharing my space.
There are two toilets, one in shared bathroom, so no en-suite 😞. The bedroom large and is a private space for the lodger and I will be sleeping in the 32’ living room, behind a screen. The living room is an amazing space, with a kitchen on one side and a balcony off, facing the river and Castle. There are floor to ceiling windows and it is simply stunning. There is no TV in the living room but one could be installed in the bedroom. There is a screen and projector for films in the living room and film nights will happen 🙌
