It's just me and my dog Molly living at the house so perfect for someone wanting to avoid large multi occupancies houses. Important you're and animal lover as there we have friendly visiting dogs.
I've rented the room out over the last 7yrs and previous tenants have stayed long term. Current tenant leaving due to change in work.
Room is not suitable for people working night shifts as I work from home.
Not suitable for couples sorry.
