We have a double room to let in our 4 bed house for a professional tenant

£500pcm all inclusive of bills.
No deposit required

We live in a new build on Fernwood.
We’re a married couple with a golden retriever so you must like dogs.
We’re tidy, friendly, sociable.
One of us WFH full time.

Our tenant will have access to the main bathroom exclusively as we don’t use it.
Shared kitchen and living space, Wi-Fi and tv streaming services.
The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, large gas hob, fridge freezer and plenty of storage.

We can be flexible on furnishings, if you require a desk in the room that can be arranged. :)
