Colourful Double (attic) Room in cosy cottage

Hello,

This cottage is on the market so the time frame availability of the room is unknown, however...... you will get at least 8 weeks notice to find a new room so this may still suit you.

I have a lovely, colourful attic room available at the moment. I come and go because some of the time I work away from home on projects. I will consider couples (£200 weekly) and pets.

The shower room is shared.
Power and water included.
Fixed fibre broadband is not available - I use a mi-fi and previous guests have rented similar.

Storage is limited beyond the space available in your room although you do have special spaces just for you in the kitchen and shower room.

There is no official parking but I have a car myself so can tell you where all the free unrestricted parking places are nearby ! There's usually temporary space very near the cottage for un/loading.

This is a quiet home despite being in the town centre. It is, however, sometimes noisy at the weekends but rarely for very long. The noise comes and goes.
There are storage radiators on every floor and a log burner in winter.
