The nearest main train stations are 14.5 miles to Nottingham & Newark is 9 miles away. These stations can be accessed via local station at Fiskerton 5 miles. Alternatively, there are regular buses through Halam which go to Nottingham and Newark. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location.

• The room available – double room with a double bed (twin beds) built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.
• Ensuite bathroom with a modern shower
• There is separate medium sized office for desk work or WFH if you need this.
• There is also a large outdoor artist studio that is empty that the lodger can use.

• Parking and bicycle storage
• Well-manicured garden
• Cleaner for communal rooms.
• A friendly dog is welcome. There is a sweet natured dog living in the home. This would not be an appropriate home for a cat.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired lady is looking for a lodger over 30 years that can provide 10-15 hours of company and eating together 2-3 times a week. The lady has some difficulty with her memory; however, she is very independent and a high functioning lady. This accommodation will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office. The retired lady attends church and is very social, seeing friends and family several times during the week.
