This spacious house is only a 2-minute walk from Newark town centre, in the attractive conservation area of Newark. Enjoying the advantages of being such a short walk to the shops and being located on a residential street giving peace and quiet. It's at the end of a quiet no-through-road, making parking easy, with no restrictions.

We have a double room available priced at £125 per week. All bills are inclusive in the rent, with nothing else to pay on top. We don't charge any admin fees or tenant referencing fees.

No other bedrooms around you so lots of peace and quiet.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV point as well as its own basin and vanity area. It has a large window giving lots of natural light and fitted with full-length blackout curtains. The house is only occupied by working people.

You will share a very large central kitchen and lounge, with comfy sofas, dining table and chairs and a wide-screen TV.

You share a bath and shower room and separate toilets.

Laundry facilities include a laundry area with 3 washing machines, a tumble dryer, irons and ironing boards, and air dryers.

We have Wi-Fi for free in the house as well as a cleaner every week.
