This spacious, recently renovated house is only a 2-minute walk from Newark town center. Enjoying the advantages of being such a short walk to the shops yet also having (quite unusually) parking and being located on a residential street giving peace and quiet.

It includes parking to the rear of the house, as well as on-street parking permit parking.

The room is £140 per week All bills are inclusive in the rent, with nothing else to pay on top. We don't charge any admin fees or tenant referencing fees.

This double room comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table TV point. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. The room is located with plenty of peace and quiet around it as it has no other rooms around.

The kitchen diner has 2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, and lots of worktop and cupboard space as well as a very large fridge and very large freezer. It has a dining table and chairs to the rear, as well as french doors which lead out to the patio with a picnic bench and car parking.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

We have fibre broadband for free as well as a cleaner every week.
