This recently renovated house is only a 2-minute walk from Newark town centre. It enjoys the advantages of being a short walk to the shops, having parking (quite rare for being so close to the town centre), and being located opposite an open park. It's only a few minutes' walk to the local supermarket and is on a quiet residential street.

It includes private off-road parking for several vehicles at the front of the house, as well as on-street permit parking, so you'll never struggle for somewhere to park.

The room is £150 per week for single persons, and a small supplement applies for couples. All bills are inclusive of the rent, with no additional fees to pay. We don't charge any admin fees or tenant referencing fees.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and TV point. It has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. The room is located as such that you have no other rooms around you or above you so you'll have plenty of peace and quiet.

The house has a shared dining conservatory with seating, sofas and a wide-screen TV. We have a securely locked shed for bikes to be kept in.

The kitchen has a large amount of worktop and cupboard space as well as a very large fridge and a very large freezer. Every room has it's own allocated cupboards and fridge and freezer space.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

We have high-speed Virgin fibre-optic broadband installed in the house for free as well as a cleaner for the communal areas every week.
