I have a lovely ensuite double room for Rent in Arnold, on Ravenswood Road.

The room is available from the 25th July and is £750 per month inclusive of all bills.

The room is on the first floor. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers plus desk and chairs. This is only the third time it has been up for rent since 2018. The second tennant of the room moved from another room into the house when it became available and has stayed Since 2019.

The house is a refurbished house. It has off street parking, a large garden an a huge living/ dining area.

I'm looking for easy-going, non-smoking, clean and tidy professionals or mature/ post graduate students.

The house is a semi- detached house in a quiet area of Arnold. It has off and on street parking. Its a three story, semi-detached with a huge living room/ kitchen diner and a small snug. There are two bathrooms, plus this room has an en-suite, wireless broadband and a large garden.

The house has had a full refurbishment and benefits from central heating, a full rewire and has been extensively insulated to keep it lovely and warm in winter and cool in summer. The whole house has been re-plastered and redecorated. There is a large lawn to the rear and an outside shed for bikes.

The monthly rental include all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water and virgin broadband internet) and is per calendar month.

The other house mates are two professional females and two professional male ranging in age from 22 to 31.

Arnold High street is a short 3 min walk away. This is a thriving town centre with shops, pubs and local amenities. There is an Asda on Arnold high street and a Sainsbury's is about a 10 minute walk away. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. The bus takes 20 min to get to the centre of Nottingham. City Hospital is a similar distance away.

By car, the ring road is a short drive and from there it is easy to get to the M1. The City Hospital is 10 min from City hospital and 20 from the Queens Medical Centre.

By bike, Ravenswood Road is 20 min from the city centre, 10 min from the City Hospital and 30 from the Queens Medical Centre and Nottingham University.
