Available for Rent from 01/07/18-07/09/18 is a LINKED STUDIO PLUS room at NOVA, Nottingham.

The room is linked to another room via a kitchen, and features its own en-suite shower room. There is also a 32" TV, built-in desk, shelving, wardrobe, and storage, and the bed comes with a super comfy mattress and is a small double.

My flatmate is a friendly, chill guy, but you may not even see him as he has moved home for the summer, so you'd pretty much have the flat to yourself unless he visits back.

NOVA is the most luxurious student accommodation I have ever seen. There is a gym, a games room, a karaoke room, a study lounge, super helpful staff, and even a dedicated party room.

It is about 5 minutes walk from NTU and around 8 minutes walk from intu Victoria Centre, so right in the city centre. My room is also on the quieter side of the building.

Rent should be £161 per week but reduced to £100 to try and find a tenant quickly.
