Newark Hall Room - Ensuite Catered!!

This room is for students looking for Semster 2 accommodation - the term dates would be 12th Jan. 2020 to 20th June 2020. There is a term break between 3rd April and 4th of May, where you need to move out but the Hall offers item storage within the hall for a very good price.

The room includes a single bed, large desk, wardrobe, ensuite with shower and mini fridge. There are also pantries within the hall with microwaves, kettles and large sinks. This room in particular is 2 doors down to the nearest pantry, unlike many other rooms that are much further.

The cost of this would be total £4105.54 (I am the current tenant and have paid the first term.)

This includes a "DailyBites" card which gives £28 a week to spend on lunch across campuses. It also includes bills and all catering.
The ensuite has a high pressure, hot shower that is very consistent.
Room gets cleaned once a fortnight, but this can be refused if needed.

Jubilee Campus is a 5min free bus ride to University Park. There is a Spar for buying any groceries, which can be done on meal card, and there is also a Lidl, Greggs and Dominos a few minutes away.
