I'm Joseph a 30 year old professional I have a room at the property but only occasionally stay at the property. There is one female Tennant who stays on the top floor with en-suite bathroom. There is a spare room on the middle floor available with a bathroom to yourself also on the middle floor. The house is situated in a nice, quiet neighbourhood while close to amenities such as a Coop, chippy and barbers, with good bus (5 min walk) and tram (15 min walk) links. There is also multiple free parking spaces.
The house has Sky TV, and Sky WiFi.
