I'm Joseph a 30 year old professional I have a room at the property but only occasionally stay at the property approx 5 nights per year.
There is one female Tennant who lives on the 1st floor who is a doctor.
Top floor with en-suite bathroom is available as well as the other room on the first floor.
The house is situated in a nice, quiet neighbourhood while close to amenities such as a Coop, chippy and other shops, with good bus (5 min walk) and tram (15 min walk) links. There is also multiple free parking spaces.
The house has Sky TV, and Sky WiFi included.
