We are 2 Doctors (PhD + Medical) looking for professionals or university/master's/PhD students.

The house is only 7 minutes cycling and 20 minutes walking from Nottingham University.

I am a PhD doctor, and my housemate is a surgeon.
3-bedroom: 2 double rooms and 1 single room; 1 bathroom (including toilet), plus an extra downstairs toilet. Council tax included in the rent. Bills (Gas, Electricity, internet, Water) are not included. I won't be home; I'm moving to another country, so it will be just the 2 of you. £450/month, 1 year minimum, £200 deposit.

The house is fully furnished loads of space. The perks:

1- 350mb wifi
2- bus stop right outside the house, takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes, comes every 30 minutes
3- There is a massive Lidl down the road, 7 minutes walk.
4- cafes, news agent, barbers, meat shop, petrol station, only 3 minutes walk
5- Pub only 2 minutes walk
6- nice park for a walk only 5 minutes walk, Wollaton park about 10 minutes walk
7- Olympic City only a mile from us
8- All bills included

Please note:

£200 deposit
1- No Smoking, inside the house; only outside (garden). If the tenant smokes inside, they will be charged the costs needed to remove the smell of smoking. Current tenants can not handle the smell of smoking
2- No drugs are allowed; police will be called if found.
3- Tidy and clean, we clean after ourselves, have a cleaning rota every week
4- preferably No Alcohol in the house, but may be in moderation, no excessive drinking.
5- we like to socialise and have fun, but we dont throw parties every week, we go out and if we want to invite friends we make sure that we all are ok with it.
