Room let in a beautiful home

Hello :)

I have a bedroom available to rent in a beautiful home. The rent is £850 with all bills included. I am currently advertising early due to my current tenant potentially leaving next year so I will consider moves between the 4th of Dec- 04 Feb 2027.

The house is nothing like you would find anywhere else (well decorated and calming). If you are looking for something that feels like home, this is it. The rent includes all bills - internet, electricity/gas, water.

The house is 15 minutes walk from the City Hospital and has good bus links to town. The bus stop is right outside (busses 15,16 & 17 come here); Lidl (bus ride away) and Aldi (15 minutes walk) are nearby. Everybody that has lived here (i have done Airbnb before), has loved it and people who wanted to stay for a month, stayed for 2 years - so that tells you how nice and calm the place is.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. The bedroom is a good size, comes with a chest of drawers, a clothing rail and a shelving area and fully furnished so you don’t need to have anything.

You would be sharing with me and a little loving shih tzu, so you must be a dog person.

I would like someone who is clean, tidy, and helps maintain the house (takes turns cleaning) without having to be asked. I take a lot of pride in the home I’ve built and I respect the space, and want somebody who does the same.

I love to read self development books, love podcasts, walks, cafes, gym, hot yoga, badminton and always looking to try new experiences/activities so you’ll have a whole shelf of amazing books. Happy to do things together but I really do enjoy my own space especially in the evenings.
