A single bedroom will be available from mid/end August for a female to rent.
There is a cabin-style bed with lots of storage. Parking is available on the (tandem) driveway and storage for a cycle etc could be made available in the summer house. There is a modest, fenced front door and a long back garden with furniture to relax. The rent is inclusive of all household bills with TV licence, broadband and Netflix being included.
There would be shared use of the lounge, dining area, kitchen and conservatory.
The house is next to a small park, and equidistant between Queens Walk tram stop and Meadows Way tram stop. The walk to Nottingham train station takes around 8 minutes.
I am looking for a female lodger who would be either vegan or vegetarian.
I am an owner-occupier and have a little Jack Russell Terrier who lives with me part-time; she's elderly now and so sleeps much of the time. I am vegetarian and work part time. I am easy going and often out either dog walking or visiting friends.
