Hi there,

We are looking for a responsible, tidy, calm, and decent person to share our 3-bedroom house. The house is conveniently located near Chilwell Retail Park, with shops such as Tesco Express just a 5-minute walk away and Tesco Extra a 15-minute walk away. There is available storage in the garage, and public transportation is easily accessible, with Indigo providing a 35-minute journey to the city center and Skylink taking about 30 minutes, both operating 24/7. Two gyms are located around 10 minutes from the house.

This is a quiet location with friendly neighbors and a beautiful green area for walking or running just 10 minutes away.

We are friendly housemates who keep the place tidy. We plan to hire cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the house, which is included in the rent.

You will have a room with a double bed, and there is a family bathroom mainly for your use, as the other rooms are en suite. The kitchen, living room, and garden are shared spaces.

We have a cat, so we would appreciate it if you are comfortable around pets.

A little about us: I am a PhD student at a local university, working in the office five days a week and part time nightshifts. My friend works mostly from home but occasionally goes into the office.
