Lace Market - Looking for New Flatmate

Hello, thank you for taking interest in my listing! My name is Aleksandra, I work as an NHS doctor and am looking for a like minded individual to co-share tenancy at this amazing flat for a further year, starting their tenancy on August 1st.

My preferences would be a female tenant who is either another working professional or a medical/dental/pharmaceutical student. I am a clean and tidy individual, and would like someone who appreciates this as well. I am quite flexible with a pet and the landlord is equally pet friendly!

Flat is Council Tax D in Nottingham. The EPC rating for the flats is D as well. The flat bills are: water, electricity and council tax. The landlord has the flats furnished to a high standard. The flat is well above ground floor. There is a lift in the building. Unfortunately there is no car parking in this building, but there are several public car parks in the area. It is also extremely easy to commute to local hospitals/universities via tram and buses. The area is also quiet and safe at night despite being city center.
