Room is furnished, comes with the new furniture like double bed with the huge storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers computer desk and chair etc.
Fairly new and good looking estate, modern, well-maintained, quiet and safe.
The bike shed and parking space are provided as well.

Walking distance to City Centre. Also very good public transport, buses about every 7 minutes 24, 25, 26, 26A, 27, N27

Flat has just been fully refurbished, so you will have a chance to move into the very clean and modern apartment.
You can choose between:
- smaller double room, £100/week,
- larger double room, £120/week,
all bills are included.
Deposit is 2 week rent.

All flatmates are very quiet, everyone is cleaning after themselves and respecting others. Therefore we are looking for someone who is living similar values.
The room is equipped with a new double bed with the large underbed storage, memory foam mattress for comfort sleep, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk etc...

We are professionals, working various hours (days/nights/weekdays/weekends) and doing additional work related trainings.
I like sightseeing and traveling so in my spare time usually visit the city or travel somewhere.
