It's overlooking a large park next to the river Trent and it's only 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes from the city centre. It has shared living room with a view of a park, a lovely dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and also a small back garden to enjoy in the summer.
