Double room to rent near city centre

A decent sized double room to rent out in a terraced house. This house is located in a safe and peaceful area within NG3. The house is close to the city centre with a lidl and Aldi close by (about 18 mins walk).

I'm a young female professional looking for a friendly and neat lodger. I work from home a few days a week, alternating with office days. Hence, some days, you will have the house to yourself. I am opening to pets as long as they are well trained and you are tidy with them. I looking for someone who is relatively clean, not looking for a party zone and friendly.

Can be available for someone looking for a stay just 'Mon-Fri' as well!
