Hello, I have an empty room.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nottingham City, University and Hospital, and free parking is provided. There are also many large supermarkets and buses that can lead to various directions of the city.
This apartment is located upstairs and features a separate entrance, free roadside parking, two double rooms, one large double bed, no living room, wireless internet access, and a TV license plate. These two rooms share a kitchen and bathroom, and the rent includes water and council taxes. The electricity and gas bills need to be split equally between two rooms. Cleaners clean public areas every two weeks.
