Hi! I'm looking for a female flatmate in this 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor flat in the area of Bulwell, Nottingham. Looking for someone to move in around January time, after the Christmas period.
The property has just been recently renovated, with new kitchen, underfloor heating (adjustable with built-in wall thermometer for each room), with an overall elegant and modern design throughout the interior. The room to let is Bedroom 2, furnished with a desk, wardrobe and single bed which has two storage drawers underneath. Tram and train links are a short 10 minute-walk away, with the bus stop being 2 minutes walk from the property. Shops and Bulwell Market are super close also!
In the front of the flat is a small flower-bed as well as security cameras installed.
As for myself, I'm a university student at NTU who enjoys painting, drawing as well as a good laugh on a night out! I do enjoy keeping the space clean and tidy, I really love cooking and making genuine connections with people. To me this place really is my home away from home, and I would love to have someone that also gets to enjoy it as much as I do.
