It’s a big 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms house with a large back garden with a paved terrace, located between Park campus and Jubilee campus. We currently have 3 people and want to find another 2. The total rent price is £400 per week(bills not included). So it would be £100 pppw if we have 4 people or £80 pppw if we have 5.
It is a 52 weeks contract and will start from September 2026 for the next whole academic year.
You can’t keep a cat because I’m severely allergic to it.
